@Kurobigg Good updates so far........Morning Evo. Thought I’d just paste my check in with the coach below.
Current bodyweight: 101.7
Previous week bodyweight: 102.5
Loss - 800g
Current drugs:
HCG 3000iu p/w - finishing Tuesday
HGH 2iu per day. - PM only
Nolva - 40mg starting Tuesday
Enclo - 50mg starting Tuesday
LCarn - 400mg daily starting Tuesday
Vitamins - krill oil, vitamin C, magnesium chelate
Did you complete all your diet, training and cardio or were there any deviations this week:
- All training complete
- Had to eat intuitively for a day as I drove 10 hours from work to home for a funeral.
How do you feel/overall wellbeing, sleep, stress, hunger, energy/fatigue etc:
Well my sleep has took a turn. I’ve never felt so refreshing in my fucking life.
I sleep all the way through to my alarm. Man I’ve missed this hahaha. Not as much as I miss EQ though
Energy - fine
Mood - fine (really good actually)
Strength - fine barely dropped at all.
Do you have any wins with diet/training/mind set you would like to share, or is there anything you are struggling with that I can help you do better:
Just my positive mindset really man. Thought I’d be struggling a lot more. We’ll see how I go once the PCT meds start doing their thing.
All in all coach is happy with where we are sitting right now. Not changing calories and still sticking with the 4 weekly training cycles. Currently on an upper lower split with a 5th day being accessories.
Aesthetically he has said it just looks like I’ve dropped to a cruise so let’s hope I can maintain that during this off season.
Running high doses there, especially EQ and gh,you need that much considering you get agitated and emotional not even sleeping well.,maybee explains some behaviour on other people's logs.maybee you need to reset and just get back to a test or try base so you can handle things better, hope you don't take it out on close ones like you do here to strangers.you should re asses the whole cycle and get things under control my friend.when are you going to update hers . research gh and the affects it has on your heart and organs before running at others bro2.To begin with I was extremely agitated, had 0 patience and quite emotional.
It seems to have balanced out and I’m suprisingly level headed.
My sleep has improved drastically.
I’ve lost a little fullness to my appearance, weight is still holding strong at 102.5kg.
Can't help.but notice your chest is quite flat,oh just genetics I guess.all the gear in the world can't change that , unfortunately for you.nkt good.Morning Evo. Thought I’d just paste my check in with the coach below.

Bahahaha,no no no.lmao, you're a joke.go back to ug chat bro,you belong there.yrah I'm aiming to bench 95lb you flop, that was light week I bench more than you when I was a kid,see how you go when your over 50,you .be a bald fat bitch like your dad.learn to read you illiterate fuck.
This is me natural. And I still have a better physique than you.
Barking up the wrong tree here champ. Go back to the pub and have another schnitty, maybe you’ll bench 100lbs next week
You might grow that chest now and out some thickness to your skinny back.good luck.I’m struggling to determine whether you are just stupid or actually handicapped.
The latter would explain your physique, communication skills, and strength tbh..
I was off gear for 8 months, been back on for 6 weeks and my physique puts you to fucking shame.
Like I said barking up the wrong tree here buddy. Jog on back to the pub you little gear scab
Lol,yeah I was off all hormones for about 6 weeks prior and only been back on for 4 weeks so your reasoning makes no sense, why are you so emotional still. Here you go tubby.
On the left we have decades of gear usage and a true veteran to the game.
On the right someone that’s been back on gear for 7 weeks.
I got an idea, throw another gram of gear on your cycle and keep benching less than my missus, you’ll make it one day champ
Still,no chest.no back.Because you keep harping on about my chest. Here is last week.
Both pictures, no pump AM checkin.
And Again, 8 months off gear, 6 weeks back on.
If you’re blaming your disgusting poor excuse of a physique to 6 weeks off gear you need to reevaluate your choices. You’re a walking heart attack bro.
Now head back over to your shitshow of a log
@Seventieschild stay out of his log do NOT comment here again pleaseStill,no chest.no back.
Wow. The dude on the left fair dinkum looks like he’s never run an ounce of gear in his life. Here you go tubby.
