Still been training hard just haven't had time to sit down and keep active (work has been hectic last month)
Finished my strength block of training and re tested 1rms this week
Bench press
1rm: 125kg
Barbell back squat
1rm: 145kg
Barbell Deadlift
1rm: 170kg
I've got 8 days off from Sunday going on a much deserved holiday to Vietnam ( no kids just me and wife)
Will be starting new workout regime when I'm back
I went there for 4 weeks in 2016. Amazing place. Can travel around well now since all the new Bridges where built. The traffic in the big cities is something else. When you look at it has no traffic control but seems to work. And scooter bike are like antsVietnam is dirt cheap! Staying at a nice resort in Hoi An.
There is a fitness centre there which I'll be training and just maintaining at.
