Approved Log L1keapunts cycle-prep training log

Training in the mornings in Vietnam and eating like a beast the remainder of the day. Temperature is 39 degrees celcius and no sign of cooling down!

The 'fitness centre' has a couple of treadmills a chest press and seated row and some dumbbells.

This morning I super setted everything just to maintain and keep some level of exercise between the cheap beer and food

Unreal trip and going to quickly! The heat isn't to bad, the breeze off the beach makes it nice. Keeping hydrated with water and beer.. Can't pass up. 50c beers haha

The food is really fresh and reasonable clean. Trained push this morning.

Arnold press 4x 12
- Super set Lateral raises 4x 15
DB flyer 4x 15
- superstar pushup till failure 4 x dead

glad you had fun it's always hard to leave when you have a good vacation and go back home
 
would love to visit there one day, i just went to Cuba it was amazing!
