Fuck me...

Got held up in the office last night - didn't get home until late to find the dog - whose name is about to be changed from Conan to Buyers Remorse - had basically ripped the main paw pad clean of his right rear paw. Called the after hours vet who said it's not life threatening - strap it up with no medical training and take him somewhere Monday.

As luck would have it, my chick is a vet nurse but has always suggested call the vet first for any problems. She came around to sort him out and wound up staying the night, oddly enough.

Was going to train arms but that never happened obviously.

Been told to hang back and watch him today to make sure he doesn't chew the bandages off then she'll see him in the vet hospital tomorrow so may be able to train tomorrow night.

That being said, I dropped the pre training drink from the training day diet plan and had the final chicken meal with no carbs.

Weighing in every morning and taking the weekly average every Thursday as my end of week weight to track my progress - 99.6kg; first time under 100kg in 20 years. Not sure who was more excited when I told my chick 💪

That was the main goal of of the way; set myself 4 months and did it in 2 - if I can carry the same muscle mass I'll shoot for 95 and reassess; however, avavar cycle finishes early May and I honestly don't know if it's worth running the clen I've got after that for a month or 6 weeks.

Not as experienced with that, happy for any input or guidance - I was going to start at 20mg a day and increase by 20mg every three days until 80mg then run at that for two weeks? I've run it at 100mg then 120mg before and honestly didn't like it that high at all.

Sweet potato mash is exactly that with some salt, pepper, paprika and garlic salt - no milk, cream or butter

Broccoli - just the green shit

Rice - ditto

Chicken - 2 days worth; soy sauce, honey, garlic and Tabasco sriracha marinade

@LargePeter yea that happened to me too, dogs do crazy stuff, I had my dog kill my cat before it was brutal

Last meal for the day plated, not normally afan of sriracha sauce - prefer chillis in the food - but this Tabasco sriracha is the shit!!
clean meals you're keeping it on point, i see some growth coming
