Here's hoping!Maybe bpc157 can work as good for your elbow as good as it has for my knee.
@LargePeter chest pump to the max bro of courseBetter session tonight, went to hit chest again and had no real issues except the weight being moved - got to remember that as calories drop, strength will follow somewhat
That said, chest and the presses in particular have never been a strength of mine - training without a spotter probably didn't ever help!

Cuban rotation - 5kg, 3x15
Face pulls with pulldown bar - 36kg, 3x10
Triceps pressdowns - 22kg, 3x15
FLAT BENCH 90KG - 10/9/7/6
INCLINE BENCH 70KG - 8/8/8/8
MACHINE FLYE 27KG - 15/15/15/15
MACHINE BENCH 50KG - 10/10/10/10
Sauna - 20 mins, was going for 30 then some cnt came in and left the door open for a few moments and it pissed me off so I left
Both elbows seemed OK, left shoulder felt painful at times - feels like a joint issue, not muscle - will have to get it investigated, but will be reconstituting BPC tonight to inject around elbows anyway
Cardio: 45 minute dog walk
Diet: Training day meal plan from first post, 4L water
Tris are just to loosen the elbows, will try that though@LargePeter chest pump to the max bro of course
on the triceps you going a bit high add 1 set 5 reps squeeze on bottom
on the bench you can do more reps though
be careful with shoulders

Bashed 200mg into each outer arm near to the elbow, all good. First time on the right arm found a blood vesseltry and get it near the elbow pain as close as possible

Zero diet change so far - it's boring but yielding results. I might change it up a bit end of month once I reassess how the body is looking and where my weight and body fat mass is.
