This is a bad cycle design, 3 androgenic compounds will push your e2 through the roof, and you will get tons of water and lose a lot of gains after the blast.Initial cycle:
500mg/wk Test C
300mg/wk Deca
50mg/day Dianabol (first 6 weeks)
If you don't want Deca dick, DHT is necessary, I would say 25-50 Proviron ed, and drop Dbol after 4 weeks cuz Deca is good to take over there. Make sure your e2 is under control for the first 4 weeks.Rethink cycle:

Cable curls very easy, will bump the weight up next session. Haven't done dips in 18 months - when I first started them it was AMRAP for 30, and took 5 sets. These felt waaaaay too easy so will probably transition back to 30 reps and start adding weight - didn't expect do get to 40 in 4!! Probably helps I'm at 102kg now.
Overall felt very strong, starting to see the benefit of bro splits already. No elbow or shoulder pain to speak of.
Diet - usual training day, 4L water.
Day off tomorrow, so another dog walk coming up and fk all food again.
