Yesterday - didn't get to update, girl was over again, her birthday today so she stayed the night and I took her out for breakfast as we were both working today and she's out for dinner with friends tonight.

Trained shoulders

Warm Up
Cuban rotations - 5kg, 3x15
Straight bar face pulls - 36kg, 3x10
Triceps pressdowns - 22kg, 3x15

LATERAL RAISE 17.5KG - 15/15/15
FRONT RAISE 12.5KG - 15/15/15
REAR DELT 20KG - 15/15/15
OHP MACHINE 125KG - 10/10/10

Still got a bit of trouble with the left shoulder - raises are fine, presses not so much. Will book into a physical therapist in the coming week; feels skeletal and not muscular.

Standard training diet, 4.5L water - looking at swapping a couple of rice meals out with mashed sweet potato
 
Today - trained back

Kind of surprising - after about 4 hours of sleep we went out for breakfast - pancakes with fruit, ice cream, maple syrup and choc cookie crumb. Whoops 😬

Every other meal after breakfast wad standard training day diet.

Felt strong again today despite the shitty breakfast and lack of sleep - strength still holding up despite calories or lack thereof, the missing sleep and the banging 😂

Bacne still a slight issue - got an appointment with the doctor tomorrow to discuss their management of my blast

Been to the doc today; training chest tonight so there will be an update but wanted to get this posted up now.

Despite initial indications first visit, this time round they've flat out refused to consider any positive impact this blast will have, to the point of wanting to book in for a discussion in a months time to talk about body dysmorphia and possible eating disorders (??)

This come about after I gave them the amended cycle from post 1 that I was looking at - when the list of on hand ancillaries was read they asked why I had them, I explained, and the response was "how about you don't use anything and just do this slower?"

Final discussion about writing prescriptions for pharma grade drugs (pramipexole, caber, telmisartan etc) was shot down- won't prescribe knowing that I'm doing this voluntarily with UGL. I asked for prescriptions for pharma gear, no luck. Only prescriptions will come for life threatening side effects - elevated prolactin or growing tits aren't life threatening.

So....

Looks like I'm running this cycle with your 100% support boys, and nothing from the doc 🤣

That said, I did commit to getting bloods done every 6 weeks so we can discuss and manage from a medical standpoint.

Bit disappointed but not at all surprised.
 
be careful with the sugary Foods those are the worst

The pancake was a once off, like I said it was the girls birthday and she's 6 months out of a very messy breakup that will be a divorce - no family around and some friends who kind of ditched her for her ex, so figured I'd do something small for her without sitting there and smashing 8 eggs as we had no opportunity to go out for dinner (mainly because of banging 🤣)



We're away for three days next weekend at a resort near Ayers Rock and there are a couple of dining experiences we've booked that may throw things out a little but again - doing this to help her put things out of her mind.
 
Chest today

Got about 5 hours sleep - the lady was around again last night (about 15 mins away as of right now again 😂) but got out early.

Cardio - 40 min dog walk

FLAT BENCH 90KG - 9/9/8/7
CABLE FLYE 27KG - 15/15/15/15
INCLINE BENCH 70KG - 8 - shoulder f'd
MACHINE BENCH 55KG - 12/12/12/12

Not happy with this left shoulder issue again, appointment will be booked on Friday morning to get in to someone ASAP.

Flat bench felt fine, flyes the same - very good separation showing now in the mirror as I do these - then incline bench f'd me.

Went to sit in the sauna after and the heater was busted.

All in all a successful day, when you add in the doc telling me to basically drop the enhanced lifting dream and just take my time.

Obviously thats not gonna happen....!
