Approved Log Lean Bulk Cycle - Testosterone Enanthate Primobolan Enanthate Deca Durabolin HGH Log

JBond24

V.I.P.
EVO Logger
Hi Everyone,

Thank you for taking the time to read my log! This is my second journey post, and I’m excited to share my progress, goals, and lessons learned with this incredible community.

I recently completed my first cycle about 8 weeks ago and have been cruising on a TRT dose since then. The progress I’ve made over the last few months has been nothing short of transformative—I’ve achieved a complete body recomposition and learned so much along the way. If you’re curious about my first cycle, you can check out my initial log here:

End of the First Cycle & Priming for the Next Blast Log

A huge shoutout to my coach, @Gains Man , and my amazing sponsor, @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals , for their guidance and support. Couldn’t have done it without them!

About Me

  • Age: 44
  • Current Weight: 69.8 kg
  • Height: 170 cm
  • Training Experience: Intermediate. I’ve been into natural strength training on and off, working with a PT at times. I’ve had periods of great consistency (diet and training on point) and some setbacks (lost motivation and regained weight).
  • Injury & Health: Knee surgery years ago, but it doesn’t affect my training. No major health issues, but I’m currently on medication for cholesterol (spiked during my last cycle). Family history of high cholesterol, so I’m keeping a close eye on it.

Pre-Cycle Background

Before my first cycle, I weighed around 84 kg and was carrying excess weight for my height. I decided to use Tirzepatide to shed as much fat as possible before starting my cycle first cycle.

I am down to 69.8 kg to start my second cycle—lean, focused, and ready to grow.

Goals for This Cycle

This time around, I’m aiming for a lean bulk. My primary goals are:

  1. Build Muscle: Focus on improving my chest and legs, which I feel are lagging.
  2. Reduce Body Fat: Specifically targeting stubborn belly fat.
  3. Improve Overall Physique: Get stronger, leaner, and more defined.

Supplements

  • Creatine Monohydrate
  • Vitamin C (500 mg)
  • Taurine
  • Turmeric (2000 mg)
  • Opti-Men Multivitamin
  • NAC (600 mg)
  • Inflammation Balance (Omega 3 & 6, 2000 IU)

The Cycle: Lean Bulk

  • Testosterone Enanthate: 300 mg weekly (split into two injections on Wed & Sat)
  • Primobolan Enanthate: 300 mg weekly (split into two injections on Wed & Sat)
  • Deca: 100 mg weekly (split into two injections on Wed & Sat)
  • Cialis: 5 mg daily (for pumps and BP support)
Introducing Soon:

  • HGH: 3 IU per day
  • Mast: May replace Primo depending on progress.
The coach will revise the dose and adjust depending on progress.

Current Training Schedule

  • Day 1: Chest/Triceps (Focused on Incline Bench Press & Weighted Dips for upper/lower chest focus)
  • Day 2: Back/Biceps
  • Day 3: Legs
  • Day 4: Chest/Triceps (Focused on Flat Bench Press & Decline Bench Press for overall chest development)
  • Day 5: Shoulders/Biceps
  • Day 6: Rest
  • Day 7: Rest
  • Additional: At least 10,000 steps daily and abs 3x per week.

Diet

I’m currently transitioning from a cutting phase (1500 calories) to a lean bulk (2200 calories). I’ll adjust calories upward as the cycle progresses and track everything in MyFitnessPal.

Macros:
  • Carbs: 200 g
  • Protein: 200 g
  • Fats: 50 g
I’ll share photos of my meals to give you an idea of what I’m eating. My diet is pretty consistent day-to-day for simplicity, but I’m open to feedback! One area I need to improve is adding more fiber without excess calories—any tips are welcome!

Bloodwork Update

I just got my bloodwork done this week, and everything looks great—even my cholesterol is back to normal! I’ll continue monitoring to ensure everything stays on track.

I’ve really enjoyed logging my progress and sharing my journey with all of you. The feedback and suggestions from this community have been invaluable, and I’m looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this next phase.

@JBond24 awesome log right here! Keep it coming!
