lean cut on sarms in a deficit

I’m currently 45 years old and I’m 230 lbs and I’m about 22% body fat
I’m looking to cut down and eat in a nice deficit
what do you think about using sarms while in a deep 1000 calorie deficit to lose weight?
Also can I take them on an empty stomach or is that no good?
Which ones would work good for me?

too much deficit is not good, stick to doing around 30% lower than bmr
 
in my experience i have noticed that if you take a lot of sarms at once its good to eat something with them.
 
make sure you use umbrella they are legit
 
if you go to sponsors page they have different sarms stack to fit your goals
 
you want to use SR9009, its great for fat loss and endurance
 
often times people do need to take them with food.. thats subjective to the person though and you can judge that by trial and error

I wouldn’t start out that deep in deficit. What is your maintenance? You need to make sure you leave yourself a runway to drop cals as needed.
Start at 350-500 deficit.
