Looking good bro. Food as usual is on point. It is great that you have access to such good quality fish where you are. Such a good protein source but many other places sell farm raised garbage.

Sorry I've been off lately, I've had a lot of work, I come home super tired, but I've been following my diet/workout religiously.

Carb Load tonight, I will be posting new photos tomorrow.
 
Ahhh I forgot, starting PCT in two weeks. I will try to log, but I'm going to HOU, Texas for 10 days.
