Less fat and more energy

I'm currently in a situation where I need more energy. I also would like to drop body fat
I would guess my body fat where somewhere around 25% but my trainer thinks it might be a little less
he's helping me with my workouts but he said that for supplements he doesn't offer anything at this time. I'm hoping you can lead me in the right direction with something that can help

Fat loss and energy that sounds like a diet issue but cardazol would help that add 3-4 caps cardazol also for some energy boost and fat loss.
