Lethargic on steroids

Are you taking any orals? They completely wipe me out after 3 weeks. Even low doses of var destroys my energy levels.

For any 1 to have a chance to assist u, U need to list compounds & dose at an absolute minimum.

yes exactly.. we aren't psychics... without knowing what you are using its difficult... i understand you say your bloods are perfect but there has to be some underlying cause... if not and everything really is perfect, then i would have to think its either in your head or its stress and/or lack of sleep related...

well there are many reasons steroids cause fatigue both directly and non directly

one of the main issues is androgens and estrogen increase
another is toxicity to the liver and strain on the heart
and finally the most logical one that for whatever reason is ignored is gaining too much too fast. watch Rich Piana's videos before he died, it almost seemed like he struggled to even breathe. when you are that big your body is also very weak. that is why in survival situations the first people to tap are the big guys, but the skinny hippies breeze through
many steroids cause massive inflammation in the body

the key is cycle smartly and take your n2guard

AAS can result in a decrease peak of plasma corticosterone concentrations by way of potentially disabling HSD-11B or 11B-HSD which are hosts of enzymes that catalyze the conversion of cortisone to active cortisol.. Almost inducing a state of adrenal fatigue by other methods of action, basically inducing adrenal fatigue like symptoms..You can experience this while on most AAS "especially" Trenbolone, drol and some pro-hormones (MT1/SD), there can be a slew of other rather aggressive sides not only from it's toxicity to the liver but through this other indirect course of action yielding a slew of undesired sides in "some" users....

I would suggest adding some DHEA with some sublingual vitamin B complex and take it from there.. Try and cut back on caffeine, in fact I would suggest extracting it from your daily life just for now..

An other suggestions, you may want to add some low to a moderate dose of GHRP-6 and/or Hexarelin, these peptide both act in a similar mechanisms and have been known to increase the release of ACTH which can improve the serum plasma levels with cortisol, restoring it to a health functional state, hindering any "halotestin or AAS" related sides that may be present by way of adrenal fatigue like symptoms..

Good luck..

That's some info. I should cut caffeine out on cycle, because I can't through Tuesday without a nap

No caffeine r U high Vision!!! LOL

Are you also taking HGH, this can make you lethargic as well. Get your rest, drink your water, eat as clean as you possibly can and dont be afraid to take a couple days off to let your body and immune system recover from the daily hustle

I still cant figure out why steroids cause lethargy. I am talking about when its not estrogen/prolactin, liver enzymes etc. I get blood work done and all my bloods are perfect but regardless of the steroid I get lethargic. Its not food intake either. The only thing that I can think of is low cortisol would cause it.

Anyone have a scientific explanation? I want to figure out the cause.

Training hard can tire you
