Great article. Letrozole is very potent and should be used as a last resort. It will bottom out your estrogen levels. Using it as your AI on cycle is NOT a good idea. Only use letrozole if you have to. Aromasin is a much better choice as an AI to use with your cycle. 10mg EOD is a good dosage when on cycle.

Letrozole is very, very strong, and it will most probably cru s h your estrogen levels, but it is definitely a better alternative to a surgery, where they will cut you wide open.
