You have all of the essentials.. everything you have there is absolutely mandatory for doing that type of load.... But if you see my locker you would probably shake your head hahah
In my locker I have the following -
2 individual attachment handles for cables (I like having my own personal handles)
1 supra-curl bar for cable attachments (it's very high quality and nice)
An assortment of chains with so I can do two independent lower cable attachment curls, with back facing weight and cables..
One pair of fat gripz (these are great for forearm strengthening)
An arm blaster for doing curls..
Versa grip gloves, and other straps, wrist wraps and elbow brace.
Head harness for doing neck curls..
Assortment of band resistance.
Gloves, wrist wraps and other protective gear for striking and pad work.
Asic wrestling shoes
Gum
Small container of Vaseline ( wink wink )
Peanut butter crackers
And a few other small pieces of attachments for equipment.
