LGD-4033 Ligandrol

Good Day, I have a few questions about the LGD-4033 i purchased through a reputable source in the Bodybuilding community. I have taken gear in the past and wanted to see how LGD worked, Im 9 days in and haven't felt like its done much, I have a little more stamina through sets and that's about all, I have noticed that my weight has fluctuated like crazy some days in the morning im like 5-6 pounds lighter than I am in the evening, Im 40 years of age and been taking LGD-4033 10mg in the morning every day. So the biggest question is how does one get products that we know is legitimate ? As for my supply I wasn't sure if I should continue or not may give it another few days, But everything I have read says this stuff should be putting on the weight. Currently Im about 188 lbs and 6' Tall and been training off and on for 15 years. Hope someone can comment on this matter, Thanks also attached a pic of the package if anyone has the same stuff

Thanks man, they are not selling these in nutrition shops but it would seem to me that this stuff isn't good.
 
You should try to up the dose, 10mg is like the bare minimum. Most guys I read are packing on the lbs at 20mg.

Of course, watch the suppression. The other guys are running a base of test or at minimum a test booster like M1-MK from esarms with the LGD.

You didn't mention diet either, if you're not eating enough then forget putting on weight.

You didn't mention your current training, do if your program isn't up to par, then you're also cutting yourself short.
 
Thx for the reply,yeah I should have looked into mk, I train hard 5-6 days a week I'm also eating like a monster, consuming in the rage of 3500 - 4000 Calories a day, with plenty of protein.
Diet looks like this:
protein shake when I get up
Whole eggs
Turkey Bacon
Steelcut oatmeal w blueberries
Coffee
Plain greek yogurt
Broc and Cauliflower, carrots,spinach,
Chicken breast
Sweet potatoes
Avocado
Steak
Fish
White rice
Quinoa
Beans
Cottage cheese late night
That's my food in a nutshell

Good point on the dosing as well may increase this week, thanks again.

That's normal without drugs.
 
Where did you purchase those SARMS? SARMS are heavily faked these days so its important to do your homework and find out legit sources. If I were you I would give esarms a shot or sarms1. Both have members posting regularly about the legitimacy of the products so thats what I would go for!
 
You are probably comparing them too much to how you feel on steroids. You can’t do that or you’ll be disappointed. It’ll help but putting on serious weight it will not do. Sarms are not steroids for a reason. Don’t expect steroid like effects.

10 mg is NOT the bare minimum and i have no idea what guys you are reading from but thats a load of bull shit... ive been doing this over a decade with sarms... 10 mg is the max you need with lgd, period... thats a load of bull shit... if you aren't getting results on 10 mg, there's an issue with your product or your diet and training or both... 20 mg is double the max dose needed

Yeah I have got a lot more leaner on the LGD but agree that 10 mg should be more than enough, Lesson learned to really know the product your buying, thx for the response.
