Just new here, have very recently started lgd-4033 and rad-140, my dosage is 6mgs lgd and 10mgs rad every morning. I've been taking them for 13 days now and my strength has shot through the roof! I also feel like I'm putting on some muscle too! But since I've started I've saw a lot of people recommend 10mgs for lgd and 20mgs of rad and I don't know if that means I'm missing out in some extra gains i could be making! should i increase my dosage?
Also, is a pct recommended for a dosage like this? If so, does anyone have any recommendations?
I will be running it for another 6 weeks (8 weeks in total)
One more thing, how long should i leave between SARMS cycles before starting a new one?
