I get mine every three months anyway for med reasons so Doc adds the items to be checked from steriod use as well. Since I inform him of everything I take. He’s well aware of the pros and cons and doesn’t lecture just supports. As a gay Doc in San Francisco with mainly a gay male client base, He’s well aware steriod use amongst his clients is pretty much rampant lol that’s why I’m here trying to keep up with all those hos
As long as ok s my numbers steady forward

I get them done 3 times a year unless I run a few cycles then I do it one or 2 more times.

@~Vision~ I agree bloods are #1

I had end of January posted. Next ones early May. I want to see after I’m off Tren but on anavar for 3 weeks.

Meanwhile my diet has gone to shit with these early morning shifts. Today I ate a snickers bar AND M&Ms AND cheddar crackers. And yesterday too. I’m bloating right up like a ballon and my weight is back over 192

Just like that fast. I’m never going to to be tight and stay that way. Not as someone who dies crazy shift work and I never get proper sleep.
I will always be sabotaged by work and sleep schedules. Now it’s going to be worse as extra board cuz my sked will fluctuate between 5am Ten hour shifts And late night ten hour shifts and every week will be different. With different days off and Audi shirt notice calls for 5 am.

This is an impossible schedule for bodybuilding.
The cortisol alone keeps me a wreck.

I’m completely doomed and probably wasting my time and money. Bodybuilding is not for the working class.
I’ll be off at 6p sit in traffic for an hour and have to be up at 5am So again no gym. This week.

@SFDom415 all the guys you see here are having full time jobs and they train and do bodybuilding bro
you have to meal prep and get protein bars so you can control your food intake, thats something you do up ahead
and bad days and even bad weeks happen bro just give it time dont give up and get on it again

@~Vision~ agree doing to be doing bloods with a client soon too.
One of the great benefits with seeing people posting bloods, is all of us as viewers get to learn something.

As we all already know, there is not a one size fits all cookie cutter.

We have the opportunity to see before our eyes the variances, and how individuals independently respond so differently.

Even if multiple people are using the same dosages, the results are almost never the same.

The more people share, the more we learn, the more we learn the better this lifestyle is for everyone..

Sirs the shift work though. I just never get 8 hours sleep. Ever. And the new job as “on call” will be worse with 5am-3pm shifts mixing with with 1pm-11pm shifts and every week being a different set of shifts and different days off. It means even less consistency No I wont give up and trainer will do his best to work around my sked but my training days and times are going to be all over the place My sleep will be more fucked up.
I just realized this morning that I’ve forgotten the egrifta that has to be taken every single day in order to work till I opened the fridge this morning and noticed it.
How do you take a drug for three years and forget you even have the drug?

I haven’t taken my bi polar meds in a week. I don’t even take the hiv meds.

If I can’t do that. I can’t remember anything it just gets worse.
And I have NO help with anything. I do all the bills I do all the grocery shopping I clean the house I do endless mountain of laundry.
Bodybuilding can’t be a priory. It has to be what I do as an afterthought ince I do everything things else and that is not conducive to getting big. It just isn’t. Dropping those other things to the bottom is not an option so I am wasting my time and money. And hopefully I’ll just die ina car crash in the tunnel. I’m sure that’s what I’m waiting for now look at my belly after one week of morning shifts. That’s is all bed my machine food. I needed to stay awake from havjng ti get up at 5 am when I have been working g nights for 20 years

If I had a housekeeper and a someone to make meals and buy groceries it would help. I have to leave for work in 20 minutes and sit in traffic for an hour now and I’m still in bed. Its 640am I’ll be home at 7pm

I’m maye iwnhavent showred and just remixed there are no more meals prepped. And I gotta go

knowledge is power thank you for info and great post.
If people can add more and make this even more informational that would be great, there's so much stuff that can be added to this for all of us to learn from.

Man this will be great, and I'm super excited for this one, so should everyone else be.
There's so much for all of us to learn from this topic.
I don't care who the person is, whoever's tuning in will definitely learn something new. 🤙🤙
