Approved Log Likwid 2024-2025 Diet and Cycle Log

Bros. I like your supplement list very solid options. Collagen, hopefully helps

love to hear about the anavar pump.
If it gets too bad, you can increase taurine!

Very interesting food. You put together their

Mixing in the pork and the cauliflower mashed potato.

Glad to hear the physical therapy is helping.
Gotta improve the mobility. That's crucial.

Keep up the good work man.

Looks like the supplements are working and starting to kick in for you.

You you've got some good meals that you put together.
Green chili chicken sounds really good with the corn.

Nice training session, man, I'm glad you're hitting the legs.
Leg. Press is one of my favorites as well.

Very nice session. Full body training is underrated sometimes it's good to do one of those with low volume.

Debating swapping to a bulk for the last 5 weeks of this cycle, if I cut my Ozempic even more (or cut completely) would I realistically see a benefit with the last 5 weeks?

How many calories and what macros should I target?

Or just save the bulk for next cycle...
@Likwid didnt see this bro i was checking your diet a few pages back catching up

I would NOT swap to a bulk honestly bro
stay with the plan we had, finish out the 5 weeks
then dont cold turkey off ozempic, start slowly cutting down doses and frequency over next 2-3 weeks as we recomp into a growth phase here
not bulk but recomp so you dont get jacked up fat right

I appreciate it, that makes sense, I was starting to think that might be the right choice.

While work was still crazy, going out for lunch helped a ton. Fats got high today but nothing too crazy.

Working on adding more carbs in now as I slowly decrease the Ozempic. I am 100% positive Evo won't love my carbs, but there's only so much rice and sweet potato I can eat lol.

Not happy with shoulders without a pump, but abs are looking pretty good. Upper chest seems to be improving mildly, adding a lot of chest volume wherever I can now

Post workout pump, adding a little bit of lat work wherever I can now vs just waiting for arms and weak spot day.

The leanness is pretty nice in the shoulder... Just wish they were bigger.

your shoulder is super ripped bro you getting leaner and BIGGEr already

Work has been kicking my ass, there's a ton going on.

Effectively I eat in the morning, forget all day, hit the gym, then eat dinner. It's not ideal.

Sucks but that’s life man. It happens.

@Likwid You'll achieve the goals soon bro....keep going..........

I haven't stopped just gotten busy.

I've essentially just stopped tracking for the day once I hit 250gm of protein and 80gm of fat. I've found this to be more sustainable short term while I grind the rest of the cycle out.

All lifts have gotten lighter so I've increased weights, tendons and shoulder are feeling good.

4 more weeks of grinding to go then deload.
