Meditation helps, if I can clear my mind and that's a really big if. Exercise is probably the second best thing but it depends on my mental state going into it. I'm broken in general lol
@Likwid you should get into jiu jitsu!
 
I have a buddy that does that and judo. I'd love to try it, my main concern is I can't bend my neck (spinal fusion) and I worry I'll get injured.
@Likwid bjj might have more injuries though.

Penultimate Update on cycle

I'm at post cycle 3 days, will update again with DEXA in 2 weeks

Starting Weight 194.5
Ending Weight 213.3

Increases (measured in cm for more granularity):
3cm on R bicep
2cm on L bicep
6cm on R thigh
5cm on L thigh
1cm on both calves

Visually, much more vascular still, but ultimately I don't see the visual changes much at all, but this was a recomp not a bulk.

Never really took back photos before but upper traps have filled out the most significantly. Acne is improving thanks to Accutane.

Adonis belt is still pretty damn visible

Thighs are FAR more vascular than before and definition is better.

Upper chest is probably one of the better growth areas.

If I'm guessing for the DEXA I'd estimate 6 pounds of muscle added conservatively and 0-1 pounds of fat (optimisticly) I suspect the remaining water will bring be back down closer to 200 pounds in 2 weeks.

Impressive gains and solid recomp! Adding 6 pounds of muscle with minimal fat is a testament to your regimen's effectiveness. Eager to see those DEXA results—keep crushing it!
