S1: Banana + 2 scoops protein powder
M2: Pork, egg, avocado taco (leftovers)
S2: Metrx protein bar
M3: flank steak and sweet potatoes + yogurt parfait with peanuts added

2079 cal/167 protein/175 carb/73 fat

Might try to get an added snack in, protein centric

M1: 2 eggs, little butter, 1/4 avocado, flank steak + 2 scoops of protein powder
S1: Protein bar
M2: flank steak, sweet potato. + 3 scoops of protein
S2: Cottage cheese. Walnuts

1593 cal/ 202gm protein / 39gm carb / 61gm fat

Picked weights to avoid myo reps, felt better but was hard af

Omni grip lat pulldown (wide, close, reverse close) 3x20@100
Machine Iso low row 4x20@40#
Reverse pec deck 3x20@85#, 75#, 55#
Cable shrug in 3x20@100#

The lower dose glp1 seems to have helped

M1: half a bagel with cream cheese, 2 eggs, quarter avocado + shake
S1: Protein bar
M2: sweet potatoes, flank steak, cottage cheese
S2: protein bar
S3: cottage cheese, string cheese, handful of almonds
M3: whole grain biscuit with turkey sausage and cheese

The lower dose has been helping, averaging closer to 2k calories but I'm able to get 180-200gm of protein without feeling like I'm going to vomit
Perfect, stay on the lower dose, try to get it down as low as you can. :D

Some days are harder than others, its the sum of days we want in the end :D

I like 12 12 with higher protein, much better approach today.
 
GABA is also a good option to help with relaxing before bed

The body hair, definitely prevents the cuts from being shown.

That's why professional bodybuilders who compete. Always make sure they shave and tan.
 
Yeah, I wouldn't waste money getting progesterone tested. You don't need it.

I would get your cholesterol tested though. That's be good to know.
