I’d love to go elk hunting
It’s a blast, but generally a pretty tough hunt. Success rates for tags are generally 10% or less over an entire season. On the other hand, elk tend to congregate in some of the most beautiful places in the world, so just being out there makes the hunt worth it. Even where I am, which is a pretty outdoorsy area, most people don’t want to hike in more than a mile, so there really is the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere. It could be now, or it could be two hundred years ago (though I think there were more elk back then.)

So as my mid cycle tests trickle in, I don’t really know optimal numbers on this, especially since igf1 is not a direct measurement of hgh. Maybe an expert like @stevesmi could weigh in. My baseline is 200, and I’m taking 3 iu per day split evenings and mornings. It’s clearly working as igf1 is way higher, but fasting glucose is still at ~80 so if need be I could increase. Any input appreciated.
hgh looks good. you can increase but then you will run into other side effects like carpal tunnel and other growth sides. 4iu's i have no doubt you will start getting more sides

Thanks, dude. I am trying to hit that spot where I get most of the benefits and miss most of the side effects. Mission accomplished at 3iu it looks like.

Yep. Back in the day, people would have to run 4-5IU's cause the hgh was underdosed
the hgh of today is much better luckily, you got a good brand i would stick with it
I tell my clients all the time, they don't ever have to go that high cause the sources/brands i recommend are legit, but they don't listen. And then they come back and start complaining about weird side effects, like carpal tunnel, so i gotta tell them 'i told you so' lol

Good stuff. First time putting my NOS Nautilus incline press to use. Took a little getting used to, but great machine, just like the entire nitro line is. Otherwise, went over prescribed reps on most sets. Yesterday I felt like absolute shit in the PM, almost flu-ey from training. Today I feel great.
@LittleTimeTrouble reps pretty good but I bet you can sneak in a 50-100 set in there

@LittleTimeTrouble your numbers are fine, if you go too high you'll have some sides you dont want IMO

Your numbers look good to me.
Keep up the good work.

I say, continue what you're doing// You are definitely on point and try out some new things.

50 sets is a lot but man, it would be interesting to see what would happen if you tried it.
