Haha. Yeah, my wife was laughing that between sets I looked like I was going to die, but during sets the bar was always moving at normal speed. That’s about how it felt too. Cardio is really hard when you are tired, at least it is for me.
I suppose using an inhaler could help the cardio. I have two from when I had covid and the flu.
