Yeah, dips are probably my overall favorite exercise for the upper body. They can get hard after pressing, but I’m lucky in that I’ve never had shoulder issues doing them, even going up to three plates added to body weight.

@LittleTimeTrouble yea DIPs are the best way to get mass long term, so many guys have underdeveloped chests and need dips
