I'd cut back to 3 exercises and then do 3 again with the missing 2 included in the next workout for chest
The last week of each block is meant to be just slightly too much volume, so I’m not particularly worried about it being over the top unless it is like week two or three of a block.

True. I try to, in any given training block, work from slightly too little volume to slightly too much, with the idea that I want to keep progressing, and I want to do so in a range that is livable but effective in the beginning, and slightly onerous, but maximally effective at the end.
