I'm not talking about taking pills to help with the liver itself but I'm talking about actual liver in a pill. I guess you take the animal liver and then you compress it into a pill and then you sell it. it doesn't taste that bad but it smells really funky. A buddy of mine showed me a bottle of it that he was using and he swears by it. do you think this stuff is worth it?

I like liver and kidneys with a little onion too. Stevesmi and I DO like all offal. It's as high in protein as the meat, sold cheaply when you find it and high in useful B Vitamins
