Hey guys so iv had a few people DM me us asking about our peptides wanting to know the differences between a lyophilized puck and a vial of lose raw powder,
I will just start out by saying if these procedures weren't necessary big pharma companies wouldn't invest big money to do it,
Lyophilization is a water removal process typically used to preserve the material and extend its shelf life and make the material more convenient for transport.
When purchasing vials that have been made and freeze dried correctly you are ensuring that moisture is removed from the vial creating a vacuum ensuring no bacteria can form ruining your product.
Here at live well we take great pride in our knowledge and expertise to help bring the best product possible to the consumer
We will give you all a glimpse as to how everything is prepared behind the scenes so you have some idea of what goes into this, this is a very basic guide,
Step 1
bottles rubbers caps washed and sterilized
Step 2
We mix the raw materials in with mannitol
Step 3
We fill the dosing gun and add our 2 micron filter
Step 4
We fill all Vials with the correct MLG to match 0.5mls of solution
Step 5
We place them in the freezing compartment for 8 hours
Step 6
The bottles once freezed go in to the freeze dryer for 6 hours
Step 7
Rubber caps are put on and vacuumed to the correct pressure than closed in the machine to be sterilized
Step 8
Capped and ready to be used
Some pros and cons of lyoplilized vs raw lose powder
Pros frozen puck
1 . Lab grade machine
2 buffers and stabilisers mixed with the product correctly
3. Each vial has MLG or IU is correct to the testing report
4. Each bottle has been freezed correctly
5. Each vial of HGH or peptide has been filtered with a 2 micron filter
6. Every step of making the product has been sterile from hand and face equipment and machine
7. Freeze dried correctly
8. Vacuum and cap correctly
Cons lose powder
1. having the correct MLG or IU per vial is extremely hard to get correct if raw material carries moisture and will lead to bacteria growing.
2. Lose powders in a vial can go thru a biological process called denature, peptides/ Amino acid block chain are very sensitive to movment.
3. With out mixing the buffer and stabilisers with the block chain amino acid or peptide the life span of the vial will decreaase.
4. Product has not been sterilised via suction not suitable for injection
5. Not having the proper equipment can be very dangerous for the end user with blood infections
