Approved Log LOG - Macs Testosterone HGH Cruise Cycle 2023

**Update - 6/12/23***

Hey All, really slack of late posting here, life has certainly been busy for one, and I am really just trying to take the foot off the gas a little and relax where I can so this hasnt been a priority. Any way Ive been feeling great on my cruise, still at 200mg of Test E a week with 12.5mg Aromasin on injection days, I did have troouble finishing in the bedroom twice in a row in my 2nd week so took 25mg the next week and all seems good again. Bloodwork will follow next week to see where I am at. I have also decided to hold off on adding HGH another week just to give myself a break from tracking so many meds daily.

Weight Goal: Maintain Between 95-97kg - Currently 95kg
Body Fat Goal: Visually Keep Abs - Getting slightly softer

Week 2 of 8: Felt strong in the gym but had trouble in the bedroom finishing, upped my AI the next week and all felt better.

Week 3 of 8: Had the entire week off, was away for a mates wedding so had lots of social events.

Week 4 of 8: Mentally and sexually all good but noticing a dip in gym performance, altered my training slightly to ensure I'm well rested to kick back into gear (pun intended) post Christmas.

Diet
Maintenance at 3,200 Calories - Fast 15 & 9 (eat between 12pm & 9pm)
Strict Monday to Friday
Relaxed Saturday & Sunday

Cardio
Not tracking cardio during this phase however a normal week consists of generally;
Training Days - Morning Walk with Dogs (3-4km)
Non Training Weekdays - Afternoon Run (3-5km)
Weekends - Surf/Hike/Long 10km Walk

your aromasin might be overdosing

if you are doing 200mgs total of test a week you won't need more than 12.5mgs of aromasin total per week. not 2x IMO

I didn't even consider that I may have crashed it, bloods getting done on Monday so will be able to see what's going on, but other than one weekend I've been fine.

Bloodwork in, 6 weeks into my cruise, getting a little slack with taking any supplements like my fish oils which may have lead to the slight increase on LDL as it was on point during my bulk, nothing to be concerned about but need to get that back on track. Diet has also left a little to be desired over the weekends but i dropped down a few kilos more than I'd hoped so i'm eating more on the weekends to keep the mass on. All in all I'm pretty happy with where my hormones are sitting considering this is my firat cruise.
