Approved Log LOG - Macs Testosterone HGH Cruise Cycle 2023

Bloodwork in, 6 weeks into my cruise, getting a little slack with taking any supplements like my fish oils which may have lead to the slight increase on LDL as it was on point during my bulk, nothing to be concerned about but need to get that back on track. Diet has also left a little to be desired over the weekends but i dropped down a few kilos more than I'd hoped so i'm eating more on the weekends to keep the mass on. All in all I'm pretty happy with where my hormones are sitting considering this is my firat cruise.

Diet:

No changes Monday to Friday at 3,200 calories and pretty much strict. Weekends as mentioned above I eat whatever I want, getting all my ice-cream. McDonald's and cereal cravings out before I start my cut January 1st.

Not bad blood work at all if you wanted to do it the healthy way you would simply drop the testosterone dose and I bet your numbers would all come in line
 
make sure you're sticking to a clean diet
 
can you post the picture of the Ice Cream you're eating a lot of
 
bros probably a little too high with your testosterone dose you're doing 200 mg right?
lower your testosterone dosage while cruising

Why would I do that? I'm keeping my test levels at the top end of the normal range with next to no deleterious effects.
imagine the results if you didn't eat all that ice cream and McDonald's

Actually read the log if you're going to comment or shut the fuck up, I'm allowing myself some cheat meals before I jump into a 10 weekcut, this is also after I was strict for 14 weeks before my cruise, this is part of the plan. I'm not stepping on stage so this is lifestyle not a job, with the effort I put in to post this shit I don't need all the negative comments, sure if my Lipids or Liver tests were fully fucked I get it but otherwise fuck off or I'm done posting here ay. I get these are here for others to cast an eye over but my goals aren't to be strict 24/7

What exactly was negative I fail seeing anyone being that way, it is normal and natural for people to communicate on someone's log and offer advice or pick out a certain aspect of the log and comment on it, I don't see the need for you telling everyone to fuck off and shut the fuck up, but hey its your log run it how you want.

Ok, I'll admit 'negative' was not the correct term I was looking for, I should have said unhelpful, and my outburst is born of frustration of this being a common theme.

Let's consider the reasons to run a log;
1. To get advice from fellow users on your cycle
2. To let others look to the log for assistance with questions they may have

If comments are for the first pourpose, then read the log and take into consideration the goals and what that person is trying to achieve, in my specific case that is dropping my hormone levels down to a peak normal level while keeping health markers in check, I had the luxury that I kept my bloodwork on point during my blast so the other goal was a physical and mental break for 8 weeks. With these points considered I dont need clean eating advice or tips on cravings, that's not my goal.

If commenting for the second reason, lets take Mobster's multiple comments 'I dont like cruising'. Cool man, thanks for that insight right. If there are genuine issues you see with what I'm doing or you see holes feel free to point those out so others may learn but you need to include the reaons why, offer some alernatives so it's a proper oppourtunity to learn. All too often comments are half assed, and seem like an oppourtunity to have a dig at some while being veilied under the guise they are helping.

Anyway this is just something I've been noticing for a number of months running logs, while I do see the value if they were treated properly and construictive insights are provided, I really find it hard to continue to justify posting when comments are not specific to that persons goals or properly justified.

Definitely the case from some, others I don't get that feeling. Can't blame my E2 for the outburst either as its in range haha
