Current phase- lean build
Aiming to begin cut in 5-6 weeks

Training 5x week
1 glute ham
2 shoulder focus
3 glute quad
4 back focus
5 glute ham
Have been training for 6 years with a coach

Nutrition
2500 calories
Weight slowly increasing

M1 pre workout- 2x toast with powdered PB banana and honey
M2 post workout- yogurt protein powder fruit and PB
M3- 2x chicken wrap with salads and avo
M4- egg muffin
M5- chicken rice and veg with avo

140 protein

Stats
173cm
67kg at present

Sleep 7-8 hours
Cardio 10 min stairs a few times a week
Steps 10k daily
Recent bloods show slights elevated liver enzymes- currently taking liver support

Have previously done a cycle of GW + ostarine for 12 weeks. Just had 5 weeks off and now looking to start a new cycle. Have been recommended GW, stenabolic and S4 by Dylan which I’m planning to start tomorrow.

Hopefully I’ve done this right 😂

Pretty sure you’ll love it. I have pretty bad exercise intolerance and it’s the worst with cardio, even a low dose of Stenabolic gives me a noticeable amount of relief on the cardio side, just makes it so much easier, really is like “cardio in a bottle”.

to start with diet
can you be more specific on the diet please? post a few meal pics
and tell us amounts you ate like 5oz chicken or whole chicken? ;)

training we'd like to see exercises reps sets and how you training

Powdered PB (peanut butter??) sounds funky.
Powdered peanut butter is an incredible thing! I add it to protein shakes or just to milk.
 
Yesterdays food

M1 pre workout- 2x toast with 20g powdered PB 120g banana and 20g honey
M2 post workout- 200g high protein yogurt 30g protein powder 120g mixed berries and 20g PB
M3- 2x wholemeal wraps 150g chicken with salads and 40g avo
M4- 2x egg 1x wholemeal muffin
M5- 150g chicken 150g cooked rice and 200g veg with 50g avo

Chicken weight is raw

Training yesterday glutes ham
Hip thrusts 3 x 15 reps @ 160kg
Smith machine Romanians 3 x 12 @ 70kg
Back extension 3 x 15 @ 30kg
Abductor machine 3 x 12 @ 60kg
Seated leg curl 3 x 12 @ 50kg
Single leg hip thrust machine 3 x 15 @ 50kg
Finished with a cluster set of laying leg curl x 80reps
