I still use regular peanut butter. How you gonna put on powder in toast?I love that stuff and use it myself sometimes, I never use normal peanut butter anymore
I don’t eat toast, I just put it in smoothies when I have chocolate flavoured protein powder. That being said though, the jar says something about reconstituting it with water to use normally and I think some people here do that for use on toast, I’m pretty sure I’ve seen it in someone’s log at some point.I still use regular peanut butter. How you gonna put on powder in toast?
It’s so good!! Doesn’t beat regular PB though. I like it pre workout because low fat makes it digestible and love the protein!I love that stuff and use it myself sometimes, I never use normal peanut butter anymore
You mix the powder with water and it forms a thick paste.I still use regular peanut butter. How you gonna put on powder in toast?
It's like dehydrated and with more protein/less fat. I think it's called PB2?Powdered PB (peanut butter??) sounds funky.

And eat kimchi for probiotics
Only do 10 min stair master cardio on occasion, don’t want to include too much during the build, rather save for prep
