I love that stuff and use it myself sometimes, I never use normal peanut butter anymore
I still use regular peanut butter. How you gonna put on powder in toast?

I don’t eat toast, I just put it in smoothies when I have chocolate flavoured protein powder. That being said though, the jar says something about reconstituting it with water to use normally and I think some people here do that for use on toast, I’m pretty sure I’ve seen it in someone’s log at some point.

It’s so good!! Doesn’t beat regular PB though. I like it pre workout because low fat makes it digestible and love the protein!

You mix the powder with water and it forms a thick paste.
 
Yesterdays food

M1 pre workout- 2x toast with 20g powdered PB 120g banana and 20g honey
M2 post workout- 200g high protein yogurt 30g protein powder 120g mixed berries and 20g PB
M3- 2x wholemeal wraps 150g chicken with salads and 40g avo
M4- 2x egg 1x wholemeal muffin
M5- 150g chicken 150g cooked rice and 200g veg with 50g avo

Chicken weight is raw

Training yesterday glutes ham
Hip thrusts 3 x 15 reps @ 160kg
Smith machine Romanians 3 x 12 @ 70kg
Back extension 3 x 15 @ 30kg
Abductor machine 3 x 12 @ 60kg
Seated leg curl 3 x 12 @ 50kg
Single leg hip thrust machine 3 x 15 @ 50kg
Finished with a cluster set of laying leg curl x 80reps

you should be eating oatmeal instead of muffin if thats in your possibility
adding some omega 3 fats too

you taking probiotics? fiber psyllium husk?

Powdered peanut butter is an incredible thing! I add it to protein shakes or just to milk.
Rather you than me. Sounds like powdered peanuts

And eat kimchi for probiotics

Only do 10 min stair master cardio on occasion, don’t want to include too much during the build, rather save for prep
 
you Definitely have room to improve your diet
I'm not seeing enough Whole Foods vs. blended/mixed foods

the body does best on individual whole foods. so instead of a wrap that has 10 ingredients, just eat chicken + brocolli that has 2
instead of bread that has 12 ingredients, eat a sweet potato that has 1

these are simple changes that can yield fast results
 
so ten minute cardio is better than nothing
 
yes pictures are important just blur out your face
 
and pictures of food is cool as well

@Eicamyal we dont see that, even during the bulking or building you want to get at least 20min of cardio in
pre and post workout

kimchi is good but you should also take a probiotics capsule, and what kind of kimchi post up a picture please

and we still havent seen many picture updates
