Yesterdays food:
1. 2x egg 2x wholemeal sourdough 50g avo
2. 200g protein yogurt 120g banana 10g honey
3. 150g chicken (raw) wholegrain wrap with salads + 40g avo
4. 300g sweet potato 150g chicken 150 mixed veg kimchi
5. 150g berries + 50g oats + 20g PB

300ml oat milk for coffee

Training
- lat pull down (standard grip)
- one arm cable row
- tbar row
- cable low row
- straight arm pull down
- face pulls
3 sets of each (4 of the pull downs) 8-12 rep range

Current Sarms protocol;
1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

1-12 Sr9009 (STENABOLIC) 30 mg day... 10 mg doses 4-5 hours apart

1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later

Beta alanine
Omega 3
Ashwaganda

sarms protocol is good but you only need 20mgs stenabolic imo

Notes re the stenabolic! I went with Dylan’s suggestion on my other post but unsure
high stenabolic sr9009 not needed, 20mgs enough for you and you can always go higher @Eicamyal

as long as you are getting in your fruits and vegetables I can't say a thing about your diet
