i never recommend going over 4 weeks with diol.. I've never been a bulking compound user, although i have used it once... compounds that convert to estrogen that much along with higher side effects need to be kept to a minimum

A pointless question. Try what's the shortest you got great results from. Longer ones run higher risks.

I want to say like 5 weeks, but now a days I keep it around 4

if you run a low dose you can go 6 weeks, maybe 8 is streching it

I wouldnt go over 4 weeks

I would say 12 weeks if using 10-mg per day . If using 30 mg maybe 4 - 6 week max with proper N2guard intake .
