Looking advice. Muscle mass test/eq /mast

Currently 31 years old. 6’3 245lbs. Lost 35 lbs last year. I’m guessing around 25-28% body fat not sure just a guess! Goal is to be 200-210lbs but solid. Working out off an on since college. But have been pretty dedicated this past 14 months. Never really realized how little of muscle I actually had to be a big broad guy. I’m Working out 5 day with a couple of days of cardio. Have ran a couple of test e cycles.. Ran a test e/eq cycle last summer. 600/600 split into two shots a week. The cycle gave me crazy pumps. I never got winded at the gym could push as hard as ever an then some. Vascularity was good about 3/4 thru. And Iv never been the person yo see vein.. lol good feeling! Currently doing 2500 calories 250 grams of protein a day.Wanting to lose this fat an put on some muscle mass. Having blood work done next week to make sure I’m good! Have test e/ eq/ mastron on hand. Was gonna do a cycle of 600test/600eq to cruise then a test600/500mast to finish the summer out. Have nova on hand..Been thinking about adding a third compound to my cycle. Any suggestions on cycle or calories in an out. Trying to upload pics but don’t know how

No need to make double posts. With your bodyfat level you should not be using any steroids. Get your training and diet in check. How much cardio are you doing? Maybe try some SARMS.
 
Thats awesome you are losing weight and taking control of things but using steroids with an excessive body fat, which you have, is NOT a good thing at all and I cannot think of anything with even the tiniest amount of brain cells recommending you to do anything of the sort... You have done a nice job so far but you need to listen to the guidance given and stop using steroids with such a high body fat. You need to keep on the track you are on in terms of losing weight but you also need to do it the right and safe way. SARMS would be a great option for you but steroids certainly is not
 
I know zero about serms.. I feel my diet an training is in check beside the few hoildays! What would y’all recommend for calories protein intake. I’d say 3 hours of cardio a week along with 3-4 hours of weight training a week. I follow Seth foreces workouts on YouTube

i strongly suggest you look into alternate day fasting. that is gonna be your solution at this piont.

You're not 25% bodyfat, you're more like 20% bodyfat.

Guys he already ran a cycle so stop it with the preaching.

your cycle test/eq/masteron can work if you can control your appetite.

You don't need high doses right now.

Keep dieting down. You are doing amazing as is. Get that body fat lower and then go after it.
