Currently 31 years old. 6’3 245lbs. Lost 35 lbs last year. I’m guessing around 25-28% body fat not sure just a guess! Goal is to be 200-210lbs but solid. Working out off an on since college. But have been pretty dedicated this past 14 months. Never really realized how little of muscle I actually had to be a big broad guy. I’m Working out 5 day with a couple of days of cardio. Have ran a couple of test e cycles.. Ran a test e/eq cycle last summer. 600/600 split into two shots a week. The cycle gave me crazy pumps. I never got winded at the gym could push as hard as ever an then some. Vascularity was good about 3/4 thru. And Iv never been the person yo see vein.. lol good feeling! Currently doing 2500 calories 250 grams of protein a day.Wanting to lose this fat an put on some muscle mass. Having blood work done next week to make sure I’m good! Have test e/ eq/ mastron on hand. Was gonna do a cycle of 600test/600eq to cruise then a test600/500mast to finish the summer out. Have nova on hand..Been thinking about adding a third compound to my cycle. Any suggestions on cycle or calories in an out. Trying to upload pics but don’t know how
