Weight: 204, had lost down to 194 about this time last year, than regained due to lack of exercise and work related requirements.

I am not on any meds, my blood work is excellent except for glucose which is 5.9% and anything above 5.7% is considered high, (pre-diabetic)
My goal is too work-out a minimum of 3 times a week, preferably 4. Last year I was accomplishing this by doing about 60% to 70% of the P90x routine
I take a multi vitamin, along with MSM, Magnesium, and Naicin daily
When I work out I drink 25 grams of protien post work-out.
I cycled 30 25 mg tablets of MK-677 about six months ago and was pleased with how it improved my strength which was the goal, but I gained about 4 pounds during the process some of which was water rentention. My body fat is probably 20% or more and I would like to lose about 15 lbs. of fat while maintaining muscle. Any suggestions or guidance would be appreciated on the possibility of trying some of the SARMS.
