@MONSTRO so you’re not 100% sure wome n belong in The gym weightlifting and now I learn you refuse to cook! But women belong in the kitchen? So you a big strong dude that bodybuilds, are dependent on a woman to cook?!! What would happen if you didn’t have girlfriend? You would not live. We cannot have that. You should be self sufficient! You better treat her like a F’ing QUEEN 👑Monstro!! My Mr cooks for me! But but we share the duty over the last 30+ years!!
 
Today was rest, ate 500 calories over my target 2000. Will be smashing legs hard tmrw after work, in the mean time did some meal prep and unpacked the factor meals that I got. Honestly they taste great however due to my heavy calorie deficit they don’t really fit in with my macros so for now they’ll be sitting in the freezer until I do a refeed.

I've looked at prepped meals and they're all too small for my needs.
