@Losiol super meals, smash it hard and lets see you push legs to the limitToday was rest, ate 500 calories over my target 2000. Will be smashing legs hard tmrw after work, in the mean time did some meal prep and unpacked the factor meals that I got. Honestly they taste great however due to my heavy calorie deficit they don’t really fit in with my macros so for now they’ll be sitting in the freezer until I do a refeed.
