Never had the need to run an AI, primo keeps my estro in check but my body also prefers being slightly elevated just from trial n error. Was eating at maintenance the last 3 days, now gonna push a little harder in this cut with about 100g of carbs or lower

That chix meal does look really tastey! Do you use an air fryer or u pan fry/grill that? Sear on it makes look soo good. If I ate that much before I worked out I might throw up. It’s a lot of solid! I do better with a lighter faster carbs. But hey if works for you go with it bro! 💪🌸
Its pan seared with avocado oil, however I do space out the workout a few hours after the meal lol its just the one last meal I have before working out :p Only eating 4 times a day right now.
