Sleep: 6h 30min - awake several time during the night

So after many months of trial n error I can surely say that when my sleep starts taking a massive hit I know it’s time for a refeed, hence today’s food pics. Crazy how fasted glycogen rushed into the muscle after the meals. Enjoyed this one, training was good although massively fatigued at the start. Pump was good.

Todays rest even though somehow I already feel recovered after all that food 😂 gonna go hit the pool and do some yard work to sweat out some of the extra water. Keep training hard guys!

@Losiol rest day is hot, add 2-3 protein shakes on the rest day to have some high protein while you eat a cheat meal bro :)
 
@Npcclassicphysique champ what do you think about lowering my carbs for the next 2-3 weeks and seeing how dry and lean I can get ? I was thinking staying at 100g carbs per day with my regular 300g protein and 20g fats. I’ve gotten amazing results being between 150-200g carbs but I haven’t gone lower
 
Meal prep ✅

So basically I’ve gotten to a point where I am definitely very satisfied with how I look and perform in and out of the gym. However for the sake of exploring new limits and pushing my comfort zone further and further away for my love of bodybuilding I will be going for the “freakiest” look to date. I have never gotten past this level of leanness. I know it comes with a multitude of hardships and effort, but I welcome it.

I will be taking another rest day tmrw to prime myself for the next fat loss phase.

What I am going for and hope to achieve within the next 4 weeks.
- striated glutes
- feathering in majority of major muscle groups

I have altered my meal plans ever so slightly
Macros are as follows

250 G protein
112 G carbs
15g fats
1550 calories

Training will stay the same as it always does, with 20-30 min post wo cardio

Very nice job bro I’m excited for you! How did they feel with Deads? 3 solid sets. Not sure how slow I’d go with a deadlift but respect you did it. How do you feel next day? Great job great pics. Looking lean and mean and strong.

They are HARD! I’ll be adding them in once a week from now on! My back feels on fire after doing them, missed that feeling 😅

@Losiol depends where you are in the cycle. If you are in pct, thats not a good idea until post-recovery, but if you full on going to cycle again then you can do that.
