Got in a little 2 hour session by the pool today, got some new lines coming in on my legs super exciting stuff hehehe. Today had one of the worst cravings I’ve had in a while and it’s been only a week since my last refeed. Decided to add in an extra meal today to help with that. Total calories for the day are 2500 with 400 G protein 😈

Upped the protein ever so slightly today and lowered the carbs.

Really started to enjoy Greek yogurt, threw in some frozen berries and a tiny bit of sugar free maple syrup and man what a treat high in protein low in calorie and fats.
Great job with the prep

I am reaching a point where it is getting very challenging. When in the gym everything is fine, strength is good pumps are wild just outta the gym can only keep my mind on food. I am going to start implementing a single cheat meal every 7 days now since after refeed I go flat in about 3 days but this is also due to the fact I am carb cycling. It’s kinda odd I still have some lower back and low ab fat but my glutes are showing small amount of striations. Today was a cheat meal and enjoyed it very much.

Todays training was mostly focused on getting a good pump, lowered the amount of sets and skipped cardio only today since I was very fatigued.

How about getting more carbs after your workout? It will speed up your metabolism as well.

Yeah I do pay the price for it later tbh bloating is pretty bad lol but just something over time I feel I need to keep me mentally dialed in to push every workout 100% obviously if I was actually in prep everything would be dialed in to the T but for now this is just a summer shred for fun 🥹 hopefully I can present a log like that in the coming future !
 
So been putting in some thought about my next mass growing cycle. I will be on trt for about 1.5-2 months and get bloods to see how we stand on all vitals. Will post when I get them. During my cruise main goal will be to maintain size and strength while staying lean and re sensitizing the body for another growth spurt.

Got a handful of weeks left on this one but pretty much have achieved what I wanted which was a good foundation upon to build on.

Hopefully this coming lean bulk I can add enough muscle to my frame at 6’0 where I will feel comfortable enough to take the next leap into my bodybuilding journey which would be competing in a national qualifier show to eventually go for my Pro card god willing sometime in 2025. There is much work to be done!

Start of cycle - 209 around 15-18% body fat
Almost end of cycle - 218.4 around 10-9% body fat

Doesn’t seem like much but almost doubled the sized of my quads, hamstrings and glutes
Added an amazing base to my upper body and back

Cycle was partitioned into a cut / bulk / cut

Things I learned over this extended cycle

- Diet diet diet, you will never outrun a bad diet period.

- eat for function not taste, when you sustaine a healthy eating habit your performance will
Sky rocket in and out of the gym

- listen to your body, learn to pull back when necessary

- do your cardio, it’s anabolic af!

Proposed lean bulk cycle -

Aiming for a maximum of 500 calorie surplus from my bmr which I will try to find during my maintaining phase. Diet will be high protein and low to moderate carbs. Preferably cycling low to moderate depending on mesocycle layout. I will not make the mistake of eating anything in sight lol just to get the scale to move. Clean lean gains is what I’m looking for.

Test - 500mg
Masteron - 600mg
Deca - 300 mg
Anadrol - last 4 weeks 100mg

When I get some extra time I’ll gather all the appropriate pictures to give a visualization of what I gained over this cycle.

@Losiol on your cheat days increase your digestive enzyme and probiotic intake and take some n2slin x 2 caps with each meal, I have all my clients doing that.

and its a real good lesson for guys that dont diet, DIET and CARDIO is key, with high protein and consistency and dedication which is what you showed us

for your lean bulk, I think thats not bad, I wouldn't go so high on masteron, really not needed, over 300-400mgs you're wasting it bro

but I would kick start with anadrol 50mgs 4 weeks and close with anadrol 50mgs 4 weeks instead of end blast of 100mgs, and make sure you're using n2guard on this stack

meanwhile I'd like to see you switch the LOG into a TRT log, can you start a NEW thread with the new LOG for us? would be beneficial to follow you on your TRT, you can make great gains off cycle too

Sounds good to me, I’ll make the adjustments when on the stack for sure! Sure thing, once I start trt I’ll make a new thread! Im hoping that once I’ll be eating at maintenance calories my body will start gaining slowly again before starting the cycle too.
