Same here, did a bench session with a big dude this week, feels that I have more energy and gut to push harder and more reps with a good spotterI used to be against training with other people but If you do happen to find the right group of people that are highly competitive it really brings out the fire in training.
It is huge progress to gain tons of weight and keep the BF lower at the same timeThis is from 13 months ago…. To the hard gainers here trust, just EAT & train hard.

Hahah nah brother it was atleast 3-4 bulks in that time, I think at one point I was up to like 18-20% body fatIt is huge progress to gain tons of weight and keep the BF lower at the same time

Incredible back day, felt like my test was at 3000 lmao. Crazy strength and pump wish every session was like today’s! I used to be against training with other people but If you do happen to find the right group of people that are highly competitive it really brings out the fire in training.

100% even if I don’t train with people this gym I go to has a lot of hardcore bodybuilders everyone also helps each other which is good.There are advantages and disadvantages to training with people
some gyms are more social than others it's really fascinating but a gym environment is very crucial
