Morning fasted bw: 227.8
Looks like I'll be taking a rest day today, doms has hit extremely hard today lol. Woke up this morning literally in a puddle of sweat 19 nors seem to be triggering that, had the same while running deca especially if I would eat a meal closer to bed. Like I mentioned before Sunday is when Ill start prepping for this coming cut even though this cruise was not too long definitely still pushed some progress. Will start implementing cardio again on most training days still unsure if ill continue a 6 day split (currently on a 5 day) since lifting with higher intensity just not getting the adequate recovery times necessary to push at 110%.
Although I'm 100% bored with what I eat, food is for function and performance in the gym. Diet will stay the same with 2500 calories to start with.
This blast will consist of the following

Primo 300mg
Tren Ace 50mg EOD (first week) (200mg P/week)
Tren Ace 85mg EOD (following weeks) (340mg P/week)
