Finally back in the gym and can say it was damn good to be back. Feeling super rested and energized. Destroyed chest and hit PBs on my DB presses. Insane pump while on really low carbs and calories. Appetite is shot though it’s a little better today. Sleep has been fantastic probably best I’ve had in many months. I love tren 😂😂

I agree brother, i”m also doing daily 15k steps so hopefully that evens out the playing field. I’m gradually adding in the cardio back up to 20-30 min pw like i had before 5x a week
