Its quite mind boggling how amazing the pumps are, really hard to describe it. Not really seeing any cosmetic effects yet but strength and endurance is shooting up like crazy. Looking a bit soft rn in that in between when you start cutting and muscle glycogen is super low while fat is still high

hopefully can start burning through this fat real quick ready to be shredded
