Its quite mind boggling how amazing the pumps are, really hard to describe it. Not really seeing any cosmetic effects yet but strength and endurance is shooting up like crazy. Looking a bit soft rn in that in between when you start cutting and muscle glycogen is super low while fat is still high :cry: hopefully can start burning through this fat real quick ready to be shredded :)

🥹🥹 thanks, appetite is going ape shit rn it’s quite difficult to hold back on eating… but I do want to take full advantage and keep this deficit going for as long as I can

You the man @Npcclassicphysique champ 💪🏽💪🏽 would fasted cardio increase my appetite through out the day more you think ? The first 6 days of my diet I was fasting and saw fat peel off exponentially quicker. Just rather avoid increasing my hunger through out the day.

Yeah I'll start doing fasted cardio next week and suck up the hunger lol

Pretty beat up after today :) Gym bros are asking what I'm on LOL that I look very unnatural :LOL:Today's sessions was much longer than usual so decided to hit some weak points since I had a lot of time today. Next two days are rest, definitely need the recovery.

New edition to my prepski is the WHEYYYY DRIP courtesy of Wesley Wiser. Calories right now are at 3000 on training days and will try to keep them around 2500 on non training days.
