Morning fasted bw: 224
Strength was ok nothing special today however pump was very good almost felt like I was back on dbol lol. Started seeing striations in glutes more prominently, calves look pretty freaky as well. Still have lower back fat and low ab fat that I want to get rid of before going into bulk.
Here's my current macro break down if anyone is interested, I've added lots of fruits and some sugars.
Calories 3100, 384g protein, 409g carbs, 90g fiber, 60g fats - have been hitting these macros consistently the last 4 weeks and still seeing much fat loss while building some lean tissue.

Sometimes our sessions don't have to be rock'em sock'em in order for them to be a very successful one.
Sometimes just showing up, and going through the ranges of motion is all we need, strength will always fluctuate, numbers will give and take in either direction, but clearly you had a phenomenal pump, you seen striations and overall you felt good.
Just look at it that your body wanted to deload on the weight a little bit, and that's fine.
Back fat, in lower abdomen fat is the last to go, that is actually the most stubborn part in males.. guys can actually be down in single digits and still have that stubborn lower back fat. It's just a nature of the beast with how our bodies partition fat in men.
Just keep doing you, and eventually that will start to melt away. There really isn't no secret formula to it, other than just sticking with it and going through it...

Just keep showing up daily, if you don't have it physically for the gym, then show up in the kitchen, either way stick to the formula..

Morning fasted bw: 222.6
Very glycogen depleted today so focused on more volume and really squeezing the muscles. Woke up this morning even leaner as well. I was debating if I should refeed but I'll stay depleted for another week maybe I can push further fat loss since weight is still coming off.
As to sides nothing to really report, just a bit more tired than usual but once in the gym its go time. Sleep has been decent, no more excessive sweating at night too. I've increased my Tren dosage to 595mg p/week as of today (85mg ED) The ED pins have kept serum level stable imo. Since adding Deca back in at 100mg p/week I've seen joint relief quickly as well.
