Morning check in, had a very controlled refeed yesterday not binging any more 😅 it was just about 500 cals above maintenance

Alright so here’s the plan for the next few weeks. Been recomping well but gonna go into a steeper deficit starting today at 2500 calories. New batch of trenski arrived as well as the anadrol I’ll post up a TD when I get home tonight. Never ran anadrol before but hoping for some significant strength gains while in a major deficit. Goal will be to loose all unnecessary body fat and prime myself for the bulk.

I like your strategy of using a drop for your cut. If I wasn’t old and fat I would use it for my cut. I believe a heavy androgen load is good for drastic cuts as I will be doing soon. Got to preserve all that muscle while drastically cutting cals.

Exactly, wanna maximize the use of tren since it’s probably best out there against catabolism.

I do use a garmin watch to track everything, mostly I take the data with a grain of salt since it’s not always 100% accurate but through the many years I’ve had it it’s not too far off from reality.

This is how the data looks from the app, it makes it more gamified which is a nice touch.

Ya my Fitbit shows I average about 3000 cals per day so I figure it’s probably about 300 cals off. I will target 1750 cals per day on my cut so that is roughly 1000 cal deficit.

I’ve seen great results when on 1700 cals but my cravings were really heavy, all day I was just dreaming of food lol I prefer to add in some extra cardio and eat slightly more

I will be going back to doing my 1 hr of fasted morning cardio when I start the cut. Need to keep heart healthy while on Tren and NPP.

My community gym is under remodeling but once it’s done I’ll start fasted cardio as well, now I don’t see a point driving 30 min just to do fasted cardio to go back and train later on. Totally agree my stamina is as good as before the start of this cycle since I’ve been doing cardio 5-6x a week

I’ve been really slacking on the cardio lately. Haven’t gone to the gym on off days to do cardio since about halfway through my bulk. I have been doing it after my lifting workouts though which is at least something. Just got lazy and exhausted during the bulk. I seemed to always be tired on my bulk even though my sleep was as good as it’s ever been. Go figure?

Bro I’m the same way on bulk, constantly tired that’s why next bulk I’m only going 300-500 calories over my maintenance cals.

I tried keto / no carb low carb but just couldn’t, so sluggish and no will to do anything 😆 lowest carbs I’ve gone is probably 100g and still feel like shit

OMAD diet seems fairly easy but it ruined my body. Caused too many injuries. I always looked forward to eating that one meal at night with King Salmon, asparagus, and avocado.
