I like your strategy of using a drop for your cut. If I wasn’t old and fat I would use it for my cut. I believe a heavy androgen load is good for drastic cuts as I will be doing soon. Got to preserve all that muscle while drastically cutting cals.Sleep: 7h

Alright so here’s the plan for the next few weeks. Been recomping well but gonna go into a steeper deficit starting today at 2500 calories. New batch of trenski arrived as well as the anadrol I’ll post up a TD when I get home tonight. Never ran anadrol before but hoping for some significant strength gains while in a major deficit. Goal will be to loose all unnecessary body fat and prime myself for the bulk.

Ya my Fitbit shows I average about 3000 cals per day so I figure it’s probably about 300 cals off. I will target 1750 cals per day on my cut so that is roughly 1000 cal deficit.Exactly, wanna maximize the use of tren since it’s probably best out there against catabolism.
I do use a garmin watch to track everything, mostly I take the data with a grain of salt since it’s not always 100% accurate but through the many years I’ve had it it’s not too far off from reality.
This is how the data looks from the app, it makes it more gamified which is a nice touch.

My community gym is under remodeling but once it’s done I’ll start fasted cardio as well, now I don’t see a point driving 30 min just to do fasted cardio to go back and train later on. I have been doing it after my lifting workouts though which is at least something. Just got lazy and exhausted during the bulk. I seemed to always be tired on my bulk even though my sleep was as good as it’s ever been.
