OMAD diet seems fairly easy but it ruined my body. Caused too many injuries. I always looked forward to eating that one meal at night with King Salmon, asparagus, and avocado.
That’s how I lost my first 100lbs was with omad, ate a ribeye and rice with avocado everyday for a year lol probably about 3500 cals but I was running and walking about 15-25k steps daily for my job

I know right ?! Whenever I get de motivated I look back and remind myself I will never stoop there again. Probably worst moment in my life, super depressed and zero ambitions for anything…

@Losiol OMAD works perfect for many guys and worked for you bro :)
I had clients drop 100lbs+ on OMAD easy and you're another proof fasting works

but for @RoidRage69 situation, need way more collagen and joint support and way less heavy training for it to work

Alright so here’s the plan for the next few weeks. Been recomping well but gonna go into a steeper deficit starting today at 2500 calories. New batch of trenski arrived as well as the anadrol I’ll post up a TD when I get home tonight. Never ran anadrol before but hoping for some significant strength gains while in a major deficit. Goal will be to loose all unnecessary body fat and prime myself for the bulk.

Alright I’m sold on Euro Pharmacies, gear is potent as fuck. Ultima is ok but I think it’s generally under dosed, had my first pin this morning and took anadrol and I can say todays pump and strength was fucking nuts. Definitely getting the freaky look now which is fun haha

Dropped all primo a few days ago so I don’t have anything yet controlling estrogen since I don’t feel the need for it however if I start seeing some high e signs I’ll add in proviron at 25mgs.

Cardio definitely taking a hit, heart rate during training has risen quite significant but nothing to alarming just yet.

I'm not although I was heavily debating on it. I've tried it in the past with much success during my running days.
