Guys! How do I dose tadafil aka cialis?

5mg pre workout is enough ?
I take a whole pill on workout days 1 hour before training and 1/2 pill on non lifting days.

Morning fasted bw: 220.4

Pretty sure I'm in a depleted state, first few sets were nice and strong but towards the end of the workout I was just going through the motions. Have a big refeed day scheduled for Sat, Sushi :)) Right now I'm In that state of mind during a "prep" where you always feel like you look like shit lol Strength is still high which is nice.

Check in pics are below not sure if any muscle building is actually happening but striations in upper body and back are quite prominent in gym lighting can't really replicate that at home :(
