You looking amazing brotherMost definitely getting leaner week by week. I’m carrying a heavier deficit over the week when I’m more busy as well. Here’s a pic from today, feels like the direction is good energy is high and strength is also high. I’m not prepping for a show so getting much leaner than this is kind of unnecessary imo just chipping away slowly right now since I’m in no rush before I get back on trt. I need to film a back workout, it’s really hard to capture how shredded my back is on a pump.
