I’m sure you can get lower than 240, once you start really peeling off fat it starts going quite quickly just the first 3-4 weeks are slow since your burning visceral fat around the organs once that goes you’ll see changes quickly

I also am dropping slower right now because I am still only in week 2 of this cycle. Body gets inflamed during the first few weeks adjusting to the drugs. The Tren and TNE just started 4 days ago. I remember when @Mobster used Tren last year and was cutting, his weight went sideways for weeks.

It was mostly side ways for my entire cut kinda fucked with my head a little hahah when I look back I should have chilled out on the “cheat days” probably could have gotten way leaner if I didn’t binge.

This is my weight in the last two months how it mostly went side ways

Next time I will, this bulk I am really trying to put on some extreme mass before I prep for a show 😅

Insane arm day / shoulder day. Another solid session for the books. Hoping the weight will stabilize a little however incase it doesn't I may need to slow down on the calories. I might start this bulk pre maturely tbh still debating unless I cut down on eating a little. Training feels so good and strong, pumps haven't been this good in a hot minute. I may need to get a new wardrobe haha everything is so tight :p

Yes, both are the same just one has 310 calories worth of rice and for the other now I also added the low carb tortillas either 2-3 depends how hungry I’ll be. Pretty liberal with my food intake now but I’ll try to stay between 3200-4000 cals. My appetite has skyrocketed like crazy it’s a blessing and a curse hahaa

Same here. I figure sense I am lifting 3-4 days per week and doing cardio everyday I can have Sunday's off. I would probably slow my metabolism down if I had zero days off.

100% good call, honestly on a cut I think more days off is necessary I was at one point falling asleep during the day while working lol now I have too much energy hahaha
