I had tweaked my left elbow a bit last week but seems to have gone away 🤷🏽‍♂️ keeping elbows tight has helped a lot with alleviating any type of pain.
Keeping my elbows tight has made a huge difference in keeping my shoulder pain bearable, along with helping my flat bench grow.
 
I knowww lol I’m stubborn Xd I’ll get them eventually. I’m not planning on pushing any really heavy weights for the next 8 weeks so once my mini cut is over I’ll get them :)
Anything over 225 I started using a slingshot so I could do more reps with keeping my shoulder in check

If you really want to increase your bench press do tricep pushdows after each set of bench. It forces you to activate more chest as your triceps are fatigued. You will gain a lot this way after time.
 
you should cut training as much as you can or you'll burn muscle for fuel, meaning you'll lose bodyfat AND hard earned muscle mass @Losiol
DNP is a mitochondrial uncoupler so it will break down protein for ATP just as it would carbs etc.
I read DNP is very muscle sparring that it solely targets fat not muscle 🧐 but generally I am lifting less than I would normally for now.

Training is getting quite difficult getting gassed out really quickly on all movements not to mention how hot I’m always feeling 😖😖 I’m not pushing hard for the next week or so until I get off DNP fully. Got some trenski on the way and will transition into a slower cut with that.

I couldn't stand being that hot all the time, lol. Imagine people that run DNP without proper knowledge and expectations. They would be in complete panic.
Brooo today really tested me, the felt temperature here in FL was 104 degrees and the ac in my building is dead 😂😂 had to run a ton of errands as well without ac in the van I was praying today lmao
 
I read DNP is very muscle sparring that it solely targets fat not muscle 🧐 but generally I am lifting less than I would normally for now.

@Losiol amazing training bro :) but again cut the volume down to 2 sets max, trust us, dont overdo on DNP
 
I mean i have guys losing ton of muscle on dnp I've trained lol ;)
Im not supposed to promo dnp lol but i told you the truth some deep competitors use it but never with training like you so no muscle loss

I totally understand where you’re coming from I’m planning on going just another 7 days if I can withstand the heat and transition out of it. I’ll cut back on my training until I’m finished with it :)

keep going but cut back training to about 30% and you're still in the game :)
 
DNP. Has peaked my interest just being a lifter and tried about everything but not sure about this.

Let’s just say it’s not for the faint of heart 😂 I was going to discontinue it this morning however the mirror told me not too it’s actually working as intended, will suffer a few more days
