I have one every morning with a fairlife shake. Usually between 3-4 am.

Was suppose to be a leg day but ending up doing random stuff basically dickin around today gym ac is still out so you can imagine how that feels in FL lol.
Ate 5 trays of sushi so far and gonna have a pound of beef as my last meal. Definitely needed the extra food took a long ass nap today as well
